Quote Requirement Checklist was prepared to facilitate your request for quote. It is split up by service options. For each service we will be performing, there is a checklist of documentation that is required to expedite your request. Please provide all pertinent documents and information by email. Use this checklist to make sure Eagle gets the proper documentation

A. Board Layout
     [ ] Schematic
     [ ] Net List
     [ ] Physical parameters

B. Board Fabrication
     [ ]Gerber files
     [ ] Board REV level
     [ ] Fabrication Drawing (AutoCad or PDF format Preferred)

C. Electronic PCB Assembly
     [ ] Complete BOM (Excel format) NOTE: This should include

•   ref. designator
•   MFG. part #
•   part description, including package size
•   value
•   part marking

     [ ] Gerber files
     [ ] Assembly Drawing (PDF format Preferred) this must show reference  designators  
     [ ] Assembly instructions (incl. all special placements / orientations / component  handling                                                along with any hand or rework instructions.)
     [ ] Sample board / cable (if available)
     [ ] Bare Board (if available)
     [ ] Special Handling Instruction
     [ ] Rework Instructions
